近期本公司及總經理疑遭不明人士於外冒用名義從事相關接洽行為，特此嚴正聲明。本公司及總經理已於2026年3月19日向高雄市前鎮區草衙派出所完成報案。

敬請各界如再接獲任何疑似冒用本公司或總經理名義之聯繫或接洽，務必提高警覺，並請來電本公司進行查證，或就近向當地警察機關報案，亦可向高雄市前鎮區草衙派出所查詢相關資訊。

Official Statement

The Company hereby announces that it has recently identified suspected incidents involving unauthorized individuals impersonating the Company and our General Manager in external communications and business dealings.

The Company and our General Manager have formally reported the matter to the Caoya Police Station, Qianzhen District, Kaohsiung City, on March 19, 2026, and relevant authorities are handling the case.

The public is urged to exercise caution. Should you receive any communication, solicitation, or business proposal purportedly made in the name of the Company or our General Manager, please verify its authenticity directly with the Company or report the matter to your nearest police authority. You may also contact the Caoya Police Station, Qianzhen District, Kaohsiung City, for further inquiry or to file a report.

The Company reserves the right to pursue all legal actions against any unauthorized use of its name or the name of its General Manager.
