現今台灣普遍民眾被太多「刻板」的餐飲習慣所影響，對於餐桌上常見的海鮮食材例如魷魚、透抽、花枝沒辦法正確分辨其差異，而造成民眾對很多料理食材都一知半解。身為阿根廷魷魚買賣企業的我們，將以自身專業經驗來為大家整理出如何簡易分辨軟體動物門頭足類的小知識:
Nowadays, ordinary people in Taiwan are affected by too many "stereotyped" eating habits. They cannot correctly distinguish the differences between common seafood ingredients on the table, such as squid, tofu, and squid. As an Argentine squid trading company, we will use our own professional experience to sort out the little knowledge on how to easily distinguish cephalopods from the mollusk phylum:

#魷魚 (俗稱槍烏賊)
#Squid (commonly known as calamari)
體型較大，軀幹上半部較寬，尾端的鰭皆呈現三角形，身體內有一狹長的透明內殼，肉質結實。
The body is larger, the upper part of the torso is wider, and the fins at the end of the tail are all triangular. There is a long and narrow transparent inner shell inside the body, and the flesh is firm.

#透抽 (俗稱真鎖管、中卷)
# Transparent pumping (commonly known as real lock tube, medium volume)

體型細長，尾端收尖，身體後半段有一對長菱形的鰭，因進食經常性用吞的，體內常有完整的獵物，眼睛有層薄膜。
It has a slender body with a pointed tail. There is a pair of rhombic fins in the second half of the body. It is often swallowed because of feeding. There are often complete prey in the body and a thin film on the eyes.

#鎖管 (俗稱小管、小卷)
#Lock tube (commonly known as small tube, small volume)

通常指未達15公分的鎖管，體型最小，體型比透抽圓潤、鰭的長度不超過身體一半。
Usually refers to the lock tube less than 15 cm, the smallest in size, rounder than the tortoise, and the length of the fins does not exceed half of the body.

*台灣習慣將各種鎖管的幼體稱為「小管」、「小卷」，成體又被稱為「透抽」、「中卷」，故透抽、中卷、小卷都是同一種生物。

#花枝 (俗稱花枝、墨魚)
# Flower branch (commonly known as flower branch, cuttlefish)
體型較圓潤，身體內有一船形石灰質的內殼，表面有著明顯花紋，墨囊含墨量最多。
The body is relatively round, with a boat-shaped calcareous inner shell, with obvious patterns on the surface, and the ink sac contains the most ink.

#軟絲 (俗稱軟翅仔)
#soft silk (commonly known as soft wings)
與花枝相似但外觀較長橢圓形，在水裡呈現透明，離水就會轉褐色，體內無硬殼。
It is similar to the flower branch but has a long oval appearance. It is transparent in the water and turns brown when it leaves the water. There is no hard shell in the body.

#章魚 (俗稱八爪魚、Taco)
#Octopus (commonly known as Octopus, Taco)
大多是底棲的種類，以爬行為主，頭大口部周圍僅有8隻腕，又被稱作八爪魚，是較最容易分辨的。
Most of them are bottom-dwelling species, mainly reptiles, with only 8 arms around the big head and mouth, also known as octopus, and are the easiest to distinguish.

上述這些軟體頭足類在外觀上仍有著些許差異，但其鮮甜美味與豐富的牛磺酸、蛋白質和不飽和脂肪酸的特性，一直以來都是中西料理中廣受歡迎的海鮮食材；但多數情況是因為口感相似，也常被商人拿來魚目混珠的消息也時常耳聞。身為聰明消費者的你我，不僅要懂得品嘗美食也應該了解每次吞下肚的食材，才是對自己的身體負責的一種表現。
